What you'll do

• Maintain reports and client records
• document rounds and shift reports
• complete new-admission intake procedures
• document daily progress
• observe and document medication-taking and vital signs according to policies and guidelines
• transport clients to appointments and meetings
• conduct and document AOD counseling groups as needed
• provide crisis intervention
• assist, teach, or supervise general program activities
• maintain cleanliness and complete assigned office duties.
