Working under appropriate supervision alongside experienced technology professionals, the intern assists with enterprise and operational technology infrastructure activities. The assignment builds practical exposure to system administration, security practices, service management, documentation, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Become familiar with IT service management processes for operational technology server systems
• assist with Windows and Linux system administration under supervision
• support system hardening, backup validation, and patch management
• assist with asset inventory, documentation, procedures, and infrastructure records
• help review incidents, changes, and infrastructure requests
• gain exposure to firewall and network support where applicable
• contribute to programming, scripting, or automation projects based on department needs and developing skills
• participate in technical discussions and present a summary of assignment projects and learning.
