What you'll do

• Lead kitchen operations during assigned AM or PM shifts
• supervise food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation for restaurant, banquet, catering, and in-room dining
• uphold recipes, portions, and presentation standards
• coordinate production
• supervise, coach, and train kitchen staff
• monitor food quality, ticket times, inventory, purchasing needs, food costs, and equipment
• maintain HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and local health compliance
• and support labor scheduling and operational improvements.
