The Program and Strategy Manager, Naval and Defense Programs role is onsite in Arvada, CO. Compensation is $145,000–$170,000 per year. The role leads an undersea program across its lifecycle and serves as the primary interface with Navy program offices and other government and industry stakeholders. The manager integrates engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance to deliver compliant products and services against schedule, budget, and technical requirements. Program oversight, customer coordination, and risk management support contract performance and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead a cross-functional integrated program team
• maintain relationships with Navy and other stakeholders
• lead program reviews and customer communications
• execute contract requirements
• manage funding, milestones, deliverables, and changes
• track cost, schedule, technical, supply-chain, and contractual performance
• own risk and opportunity processes
• coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement
• travel up to 20%.
