Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator assists the preconstruction team through the development of cost estimates, value management, and estimate proposal reports. The position requires the knowledge and expertise to quantify, price and qualify all building systems and components to create detailed cost estimates. This position solicits subcontractor pricing or bids and is able to prepare scopes of work for all tra
