What you'll do

• Support litigation matters from intake through trial, appeal, and resolution
• manage discovery and e-discovery
• prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery materials, subpoenas, and court filings
• assist with deposition and trial preparation
• conduct background and public-record searches
• coordinate service of process
• communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, and team members.
