What you'll do
- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments under applicable CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Florida requirements
- maintain assessment schedules and complete OBRA and PPS assessments on time
- conduct resident interviews, chart reviews, and clinical assessments
- develop and update individualized care plans and coordinate interdisciplinary meetings
- review records for accuracy and compliance
- monitor PDPM coding and reimbursement
- participate in audits, quality assurance, surveys, and corrective actions
- educate staff on MDS documentation and regulatory changes.

Why this role
Requires a current Florida RN or LPN license, 1–2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience, MDS 3.0 and RAI knowledge, and EMR proficiency. RAC-CT certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
