Security Officer

What you'll do

• Patrol buildings and grounds

• inspect equipment for tampering
• report fire hazards, leaks, and unsecured doors
• observe departing personnel to guard against theft
• contact police or fire services when needed
• permit authorized entry
• record inspection times, damage, unusual events, and equipment malfunctions
• regulate vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
