What you'll do

• Manage telecom and outside-plant construction projects
• supervise field crews and subcontractors
• oversee subcontractor performance, quality, and compliance
• verify documentation, certifications, and completed work
• perform white lining and 811 locate visual inspections and verification
• review construction drawings
• monitor production, materials, quality, and schedule
• maintain red-line drawings, as-builts, and project records
• prepare production reports, bore logs, JSAs, incident reports, and closeout documents
• update Fieldwire
• enforce OSHA, DOT, traffic-control, and PPE compliance
• train and mentor field employees.
