Development & Community Engagement Manager

Job overview

The Development & Community Engagement Manager role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, paying $45,000–$50,000 per year. The manager cultivates donor and community relationships, supports fundraising campaigns and events, and coordinates communications and donor data. What you'll do

• Develop and steward relationships with donors, businesses, churches, civic organizations, foundations, and community leaders
• identify partnership and fundraising opportunities
• conduct donor visits, tours, and presentations
• support campaigns, major gifts, donor recognition, grants, sponsorships, and events
• coordinate communications and promotional materials
• maintain donor information in the CRM
• track engagement and generate reports
• collaborate with program leadership and support volunteers and partners.
