The specialist troubleshoots radiology information and imaging systems and works with clinical and IT stakeholders to resolve issues affecting patient-care workflows. The role helps maintain system availability, interoperability, and a useful end-user experience through technical support and accurate documentation.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot RIS, PACS, and Vendor Neutral Archive systems
• collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT teams to diagnose issues and improve workflows
• support DICOM, HL7, and IHE interoperability
• document troubleshooting, resolutions, and technical procedures
• handle sensitive patient data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
