What you'll do

• Lead evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of renewable energy transactions
• manage due diligence through closing
• coordinate cross-functional workstreams and external advisors
• review financial models and valuation analyses
• lead project divestitures and buyer outreach
• prepare transaction materials
• evaluate partnerships, growth opportunities, and market strategies
• present recommendations to senior management and investment committees
• mentor junior team members.
