The role also coordinates with property management and maintenance teams and responds professionally to residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and community stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Represent the company professionally
• conduct apartment and community tours
• process applications, answer phones, and manage inquiries
• follow up on leads and support promotional events
• complete resident move-ins and move-outs
• work with property management and maintenance teams
• monitor local market and competitor activity
• and contribute to occupancy goals and resident service.

Why this role
