What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls

• use call scripts and power tracs
• execute strategies to generate call volume and showroom traffic
• convert calls into opportunities
• distribute appointments among salespeople
• coordinate with sales staff and managers on attendance and customer registration
• make appointment confirmation, no-show, and assigned campaign calls
• follow up on opportunities
• monitor daily BDC KPIs and stay current on promotions and products.
