What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and coach the hardware and mechanical engineering team
• work across departments to define product specifications and provide feedback on technical feasibility and timelines
• organize team priorities to support development schedules
• partner with Compliance on FDA, CE, and FCC requirements
• ensure new products and changes are documented and communicated to Manufacturing.
