What you'll do

• Cooks prepare and plate food according to recipes, stock and maintain their stations, follow food-safety procedures, monitor ticket times, and communicate with colleagues.
• Dishwashers clean and store dishes and kitchen tools, maintain the dish room, monitor dish-machine temperature and chemical levels, and follow sanitation procedures.
