What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• support mobility and transfers
• prepare meals and snacks
• provide companionship, activities, errands, and social engagement
• perform light housekeeping related to care
• provide non-medical medication reminders
• provide transportation for drivers with their own vehicle
• complete care notes
• communicate changes in client condition, safety concerns, and family feedback. Shifts may be up to 12 hours, with days and nights available.
