What you'll do

• Interview, hire, train, and onboard veterinary support staff
• oversee and develop the support staff team across shifts
• maintain recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, and performance processes
• address staff concerns and conflicts
• support customer experience
• maintain schedules and leave requests
• coordinate supplies, workflow, and patient-care improvements
• monitor support-staff payroll budgets.
