Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Manage maintenance schedules, floor presence, and daily assignments

• coordinate equipment and building repairs
• monitor equipment performance and support root-cause analysis
• ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• manage spare-parts inventory and purchase requests
• oversee onsite contractors and vendors
• support employee performance management.
