What you'll do

• Recommend and book activities suited to guests’ interests and abilities
• check guests in and out
• record guest complaints or problems and notify appropriate staff
• help maintain supplies and orderliness at the front desk and bell closet
• coordinate guest needs with other departments
• maintain and settle the cash bank
• follow department and company procedures
• assist with emergency and security procedures as directed
• complete delegated tasks and assist other departments as needed.
