What you'll do

• Answer phones and follow up with prospective residents
• greet clients
• tour and lease apartments
• manage the leasing process through resident occupancy
• inspect apartments after move-in
• prepare leasing paperwork
• arrange move-in keys and permits
• respond to resident requests and create service requests
• maintain knowledge of the community and local market
• prepare market surveys
• participate in resident activities
• complete required training.
