What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, check policy compliance, and code invoices to departments, cost centers, and general ledger accounts
• manage invoice approvals and vendor records
• process ACH, wire, and check payments
• resolve discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• monitor aging reports
• perform AP-related balance sheet reconciliations
• assist with financial close, audits, and regulatory examinations
• support AP system migration, testing, data validation, workflow improvements, training, and troubleshooting
• identify automation opportunities
• maintain AP policies and controls
• support vendor management and third-party risk reviews.
