What you'll do

• Assess and manage surgical, arterial, venous, pressure-related, and other complex wounds
• develop and update care plans
• conduct weekly wound rounds with the wound consultant
• measure and document wounds
• monitor new skin openings and identify root causes
• document treatments and follow-up
• educate residents, families, and caregivers
• demonstrate wound care techniques
• coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
