What you'll do

• Research customer questions and content gaps
• write, edit, and optimize content across PODS.com
• structure content for customer understanding and machine retrieval
• refresh or consolidate outdated and underperforming content
• collaborate on internal linking, information architecture, and structured data
• assess AI-generated representations and flag inaccuracies
• use generative AI tools with human editorial oversight
• maintain prompts, templates, editorial standards, and brand guardrails
• evaluate content performance with the DEO Manager and subject matter experts.

Why this role
