What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing knowledgeable information.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote and lead company programs such as loyalty programs and credit card enrollment.
• Contribute to the development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities.
• Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports and assign workload to maximize efficiencies.
• Build and lead a strong, effective team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and training direct reports.
