The Caregiver role is onsite in Gainesboro, TN, with shifts ranging from 4 to 16 hours and day and night options. Pay is $16–$22 per hour. Helping Hearts provides care intended to support clients’ well-being and quality of life. The caregiver provides personal assistance and companionship while helping clients maintain safety, dignity, and independence at home. The work also includes household support, meal preparation, health observation, medication reminders, and transportation as needed.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, transfers, and positioning
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals and assist with meal planning and grocery shopping
• monitor physical and emotional well-being and report changes
• provide medication reminders
• transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed.
