What you'll do

• Connect with prospective residents by phone, email, walk-ins, and appointments
• gather and update prospect information in the sales management system
• conduct individualized tours and follow up with prospects and depositors
• host and participate in onsite community events and offsite sales and marketing events
• build local strategic partnerships
• track apartment availability and leasing activity
• maintain accurate advertisements and resident and property files
• report grounds, building, or model-apartment maintenance needs.
