What you'll do

• Lead CST service delivery
• provide individual therapy and other direct clinical interventions
• assess and reassess clinical needs
• guide and clinically supervise team members
• determine caseloads based on acuity and needs
• facilitate weekly team meetings
• monitor service quality and utilization
• coordinate transitions and discharge planning
• maintain records and confidentiality.
