What you'll do

• Set up new shops and fleet intake processes
• establish tools, equipment, and parts inventory
• develop preventive maintenance programs
• schedule repairs and monitor fleet health
• manage maintenance KPIs, budgets, records, and regulatory compliance
• hire, coach, and develop technicians
• oversee work orders, inventory, vendors, and warranty claims
• maintain safe and organized facilities.
