The Azure Solutions Architect role is hybrid, with the preferred THOR office location in Shirlington, VA; candidates may also be considered for hybrid work from San Diego, CA, or Virginia Beach, VA. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per year. The role supports THOR Solutions’ enterprise and customer requirements, including federal cybersecurity obligations. The architect designs and maintains Azure cloud solutions for test and production environments, supports users, and helps establish IT policies. The work strengthens THOR’s enterprise systems and helps meet contractual and federal cybersecurity requirements; travel of up to 25% is anticipated.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain the THOR enterprise
• design solutions architecture for test and production environments
• troubleshoot end-user access issues between laptops and virtual machines
• help create IT policies to meet federal cybersecurity requirements. Requires experience with Azure hybrid cloud architecture and GCCH, active Security+ CE or accepted higher-level certification, and an active Azure certification or comparable credential.
