What you'll do

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of the DFW Land Development practice
• build relationships with developers, landowners, municipalities, and reviewing agencies
• identify business opportunities and lead pursuits
• oversee large-scale multidisciplinary projects and project controls
• manage scheduling, budgets, and risk
• recruit, hire, and develop teams
• mentor staff
• drive operational excellence, resource planning, and compliance.
