• maintain staffing and a candidate pipeline
• lead meetings and development plans
• coach and evaluate General Managers and Managing Partners
• support succession planning
• achieve member acquisition, retention, and KPI targets
• guide local marketing and community relations
• oversee controllable expenses
• coordinate across departments
• ensure member concerns are addressed
• visit clubs to assess cleanliness, equipment, staff competence, and operating procedures
• and monitor the competitive landscape.
