What you'll do

• Process timeshare ownership transfers, resale transactions, ownership changes, account updates, and contract modifications
• review legal and transfer documents
• verify ownership information and maintain accurate records
• serve as a contact for owners and external and internal parties
• handle inbound and outbound calls and respond by phone, email, and written correspondence
• explain procedures and documentation requirements
• research records, resolve issues, obtain missing documents, coordinate updates, escalate complex matters, maintain transaction records, monitor processing timelines, and protect confidential information.
