What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day community operations, including financial performance, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and workforce quality.
• Manage department supervisors, direct and evaluate departments, support sales and occupancy growth, hire and develop staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster communication with residents’ families and community partners.
