What you'll do

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient exams
• perform pre-registration
• fax and scan documents
• handle customer service requests and callbacks
• communicate exam preparations
• place calls to schedule exams from scripts and electronic orders
• contact referring physicians when patients have scheduling difficulties
• enter accurate appointment information in RIS
• update account information and schedule procedures.
