What you'll do

  • Coach and mentor education staff
  • provide technical support in classroom management, curriculum individualization, and parent communication
  • conduct classroom observations using evidence-based tools including CLASS, ECERS-R, and ITERS
  • provide feedback and goal-setting meetings
  • analyze observation data
  • model teaching methods and demonstration lessons
  • document classroom quality and feedback
  • facilitate staff training
  • assist with career development goals and education service planning
  • attend workshops and education team meetings.
