What you'll do

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare detailed estimates for commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical projects
• perform material takeoffs and evaluate labor, equipment, and material costs
• coordinate with vendors and suppliers on pricing
• identify scope gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve estimate accuracy
• collaborate with project managers and team members during bidding.
