Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Commercial Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with occasional travel to projects. Pay is $80,000–$120,000 per year. What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain project startup documents, budgets, schedules, submittals, contracts, purchase requirements, and project records
• direct field personnel
• manage subcontractors and operations
• identify and resolve project issues
• order materials and equipment and schedule inspections
• track site materials and costs
• administer construction and closeout documents
• promote job-site safety
• maintain project reports and relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.

Why this role

Requires a degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience, and at least five years of successful commercial construction project management. OSHA 10-hour, CPR, and First Aid are required.
