• Lead surgical services staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• develop policies and procedures for regulatory and accreditation compliance
• coordinate surgical schedules and patient flow with clinical teams
• oversee budgets, resource allocation, and capital planning
• monitor quality and safety metrics and implement corrective actions
• lead strategic initiatives
• represent the department in committees and partnerships
• support communication across departments.

Why this role

Requires current RN, BLS, BSN and a master’s degree in nursing, 8–10 years as an operating room staff nurse, and at least three years of progressive management experience.
