Product Engineer — Night Shift

The Product Engineer — Night Shift role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Compensation is $70,400–$105,600 per year. The position supports International’s San Antonio manufacturing operation as it adds a night production shift. The engineer supports product development and production by coordinating technical work across engineering and plant functions. The role helps integrate vehicles and systems, track program deliverables, resolve issues, and support cost, quality, and performance objectives.

What you'll do

• Support engineering activities throughout product development
• coordinate technical information and issue resolution with cross-functional teams
• assist with vehicle and system integration for new product programs
• track deliverables, action items, and milestones
• participate in design reviews and problem-solving
• help evaluate designs for cost, quality, and performance
• document engineering changes and project status
• read installation prints. Night schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM
• occasional weekend support and work outside normal production hours may be needed.
