What you'll do
- Prepare and administer medications

- process physician orders, admissions, and discharges
- make safety rounds and monitor vital signs
- assess residents after unusual occurrences
- assist with personal care as needed

- communicate with the administrator, residents, families, and staff
- maintain supplies
- provide staff training and shift coverage as needed
- fulfill 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
