What you'll do

• Provide front-desk customer service while following site security procedures and access-control policies
• greet, screen, and direct employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries
• verify identification and credentials, issue authorized visitor badges, and maintain access records
• monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and communications
• report unusual activity and respond to incidents according to site procedures.
