Medical Technologist (Clinical Lab) — Night Shift

The Medical Technologist (Clinical Lab) role is onsite in Overland Park and Leawood, KS, with full-time night-shift options, including a Thursday–Sunday weekend-only schedule. What you'll do

• Perform specimen accessioning, collection, processing, and waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing
• verify and report results
• investigate unexpected results and monitor quality control
• conduct compatibility testing and antibody screening and prepare components
• maintain equipment and reagent inventory
• assist with onboarding and competency mentoring
• participate in quality assurance and regulatory activities.
