What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to recipes, portion and quality standards, and server requests within policy
• control food usage to minimize waste
• prepare the next day’s work
• advise the supervisor about low inventory
• assist with receiving and inventory as needed
• maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
• report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment
• and assist with warewashing or other kitchen duties as needed.
