What you'll do

• Review menus to determine food types and quantities
• submit food orders to the Dietary Manager
• help maintain inventory
• store and label leftovers
• consult the registered dietitian on modified diets
• supervise and train dietary workers
• prepare and cook food according to recipes and resident diet orders
• test food temperatures
• prepare and label nourishment and supplements
• follow infection prevention practices
• and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
