What you'll do

• Enter and maintain payroll data in Paylocity, including employee changes, timekeeping adjustments, corrections, and payroll updates
• respond to payroll inquiries about pay plans, commissions, bonuses, and garnishments
• administer garnishments in compliance with applicable regulations
• process manual checks, stop payments, voids, direct deposit reversals, and retroactive adjustments
• audit payroll and time records, research discrepancies, and resolve issues
• collaborate with managers, controllers, dealership leadership, and Human Resources
• assist with employment verification, records, benefits administration, new-hire processing, and employee data maintenance
• identify process improvements and escalate compliance risks.
