Quality Field Technician, Mid-Shift

The Quality Field Technician, Mid-Shift role is onsite in East Syracuse, NY, paying $23.50–$33.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Collect and analyze raw milk, in-process, and finished-product samples
• conduct microbiological, chemical, and sensory testing
• monitor pasteurization temperatures, pH, and hold times
• verify equipment calibration
• conduct HACCP and sanitation inspections
• inspect facilities and equipment
• investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions
• maintain quality records and reports
• conduct traceability investigations
• train production staff on quality procedures.
