The Employment Law Paralegal role is onsite in Miami, FL, with a stated salary range of $70,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports attorneys and clients on employment law matters. The paralegal helps move employment-related matters forward by preparing and organizing legal documents, managing case files and deadlines, coordinating case activities, and supporting filings and document production. The work spans claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, leave issues, and wrongful termination.

What you'll do

• Support attorneys through all phases of employment law matters
• draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, discovery responses, and case files
• assist with employment-related claims
• manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation schedules
• coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
• obtain and organize employment records
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, agencies, and third parties
• prepare case summaries, chronologies, and exhibits
• assist with court filings and document production.
