The role aligns vendors and internal teams to help deliver packages safely, on schedule, within budget, and to project specifications.

What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned equipment and engineering packages through commissioning
• serve as the primary contact for vendors, engineering teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• coordinate engineering deliverables for procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning
• monitor schedules and milestones
• support technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, and submittal approvals
• coordinate design reviews, inspections, factory acceptance tests, and deliveries
• identify risks and mitigation plans
• resolve vendor inquiries and field technical issues
• ensure documentation and turnover packages are complete
• provide status updates and promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Why this role
