What you'll do

• Perform nutrition assessments and screenings
• develop and monitor nutrition care plans
• provide inpatient discharge diet instructions and outpatient counseling, classes, and in-services
• document patient care
• perform ordered diet consultations
• collaborate with healthcare providers and nursing staff
• support home health and hospice services
• participate in quality improvement and patient safety activities
• serve as a dietetic internship site instructor.

Why this role
